How does Solution focused hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy is an amazing therapy that combines hypnosis, with neuroscience and modern psychotherapy. Using these three effective methods and techniques, a hypnotherapist and client can work together to achieve positive changes.

Solution focused Hypnotherapy utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change. The process of hypnosis allows me to guide you gently into a natural state of deep relaxation - this is a state that we enter naturally many times a day, its is often compared to daydreaming, or when your mind wanders off.

Our subconscious minds are extremely powerful, and why hypnosis is such a powerful tool. During relaxation clients remain fully conscious, it simply alters our state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind, while simultaneously stimulating the subconscious part.
Memories, thoughts, feelings, habits and patterns of behaviour are all stored in the subconscious mind. The heightened state of awareness during hypnosis allows for beneficial suggestions to be made to the subconscious mind so that positive changes can take place.

During the initial consultation I will discuss with you the workings of the brain, the science behind your symptoms, and how hypnotherapy works.

This will give you a full understanding of how hypnotherapy is going to benefit and help you.

I will provide you with a copy of my hypnosis MP3. This will relax you every night before and during your sleep and will aid in the process of rewiring your brain to achieve your desired results.
