How can hypnotherapy help PTSD?

Appropriate hypnotherapy sessions can be very successful in helping people with PTSD overcome their symptoms.
PTSD causes raised levels of stress hormones, and other changes to their brain such as an increased function of the Amygdala. Solution focused hypnotherapy, and positive psychotherapy helps you to lower the levels of stress hormones, and rewire the brain through talking therapy and hypnosis.
I understand that PTSD is a very severe anxiety, I encourage and guide my clients to make very positive changes to their thinking and behaviour at a pace that feels achievable to them.
